1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the transportation services provided by Kos Manou Transfer. By booking a transfer through our website, phone or WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms.

2. Booking

All reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, email or WhatsApp.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information including:

  • pickup location

  • destination

  • date and time

  • number of passengers

Incorrect information may affect the service.

3. Pricing

All prices are agreed upon before the transfer.

Prices include transportation between the agreed pickup location and destination within Kos Island.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • extra stops

  • waiting time beyond the standard limit

  • special requests

4. Payment

Payment may be made in cash to the driver unless another payment method has been agreed in advance.

5. Airport Transfers

For airport pickups, drivers monitor flight arrival times.

In case of flight delays, the pickup time will be adjusted accordingly without additional charges.

6. Waiting Time

Waiting time policy:

  • Airport pickups: up to 60 minutes after landing

  • Hotel or other locations: up to 15 minutes

If the passenger does not appear within this time and no contact has been made, the booking may be considered a no-show.

7. Cancellations

Customers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full transfer amount.

8. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits within the vehicle.

If you carry oversized luggage or sports equipment, please inform us during booking.

9. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully during the transfer.

Kos Manou Transfer reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behavior may endanger the driver, vehicle or other passengers.

10. Liability

Kos Manou Transfer is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • traffic conditions

  • weather conditions

  • accidents

  • road closures

  • circumstances beyond our control

11. Privacy

Personal information provided during booking will be used only for the purpose of completing the reservation and providing the transfer service.

We do not share customer information with third parties.
